The Email Settings window allows you to configure the email account's smtp settings in order to email pay stubs to the employees.

Note: You will either have to use an existing email, have a new one provisioned by whoever manages your email hosting, or you can use a built in account.

You may have to make additional security settings within the email account in order to send SMTP email from your own account.  Most of the large email hosting services require this now, as either security settings or creating a special password (different from the account's password) to be used by a 3rd party application.  If you are unable to accomplish the special requirements, an alternate would be to use the default settings which will send from payrollsolution@iware.ltd using an smtp gateway so that no emails are stored within this account.  You will then provide the Sender

To Configure the Email Settings

1.Select Setup, Company, Email Settings
