Create Job Codes

Job Codes allow the user to classify additional earnings for reporting purposes.

 

To Create or Edit a Job Code


1.Select Setup, then Company, then Job Codes

2.Enter an ID for the job. To edit an existing job, click the Job Code button and select the job from the popup list

3.Enter a name for the job

4.Enter a GL Account ID if you are exporting to an accounting program ( eg QuickBooks)

5.You can make an job inactive by checking the inactive check box.  Only active jobs can be assigned.

6.Click Save to record the job record.
