Change Employee Vacation Pay Date

This utility is used to change the date of a future vacation pay record.

 

You may only change vacation pay records beyond the current week ending date and you may not combine vacation pay records as this may allow the wage ceiling to be exceeded and incorrect NI contributions to be reported.

 

To Change an Employee's Vacation Pay Record


1.Select Setup, then Company, then Change Employee Vacation Pay Date

2.Select the employee from the popup (you may click the popup headings to change the sort order of the popup, or click the search button to find an employee)

3.Future vacation pay records for this employee are displayed. Make a selection from the popup

4.Enter the new week ending date for this vacation pay record. If a vacation pay record already exists for this week ending date a warning is displayed and you must enter another date

 

Upon a successful move, a message is displayed with the old and new dates and the employee ID
