- Power surges or lightning strikes
- Vandalism or theft
- Ransomware (anti-virus and anti-malware software can’t recover files after they are encrypted)

How it works:
- We install a small client application called the Online Backup Manager on the computer(s) to be backed up
- Critical files and folders are selected for backup and assigned to a backup job
- Backup jobs are scheduled to run after hours or at a convenient time
- Scheduled jobs run automatically on their selected days and time
- Results of the backups are logged and emailed each day
- Versions of files (e.g. documents, spreadsheets) can be tracked for a specified length of time (typically 7 days)
