This option will allow iWare support to make a remote connection to your computer in order to provide direct support to your system. You should have already contacted iWare and arranged for support prior to using this option so that a technician will be aware and ready to complete the connection.
To Initiate Remote QuickSupport
1.Select the Help menu, then click Remote QuickSupport
